This policy describes how information submitted through the Target One Properties website is handled by Target One Realty Point, Brokerage.

Information you choose to share

Our inquiry form requires only your phone number. Your name, email, buying or selling interest, property address or listing link, timing and message are optional. We also save your language preference. Please do not include identity documents, financial account information, payment details or other sensitive documents in the form.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss relevant real estate services and coordinate follow-up. Submitting an inquiry is not a subscription to general marketing. A separate agreement is needed before representation or paid services begin.

Hosting, storage and access

This website and its inquiry storage use Cloudflare infrastructure. When you submit an inquiry, your phone number, any property address you provide, service interest, submission time and inquiry reference are also emailed to our brokerage contact mailbox, shawnsurealtor@gmail.com, so we can follow up. Authorized brokerage personnel and service providers needed to operate the website may access information for these purposes. Inquiry records are not publicly accessible. Data may be processed outside your province or country. Records are retained as needed for your inquiry, business administration and applicable obligations.

Technical information and preferences

Your browser stores your language choice locally. The inquiry service uses a hashed network identifier and short time windows to limit spam; it does not save your raw IP address in inquiry records. Hosting providers may process technical request data for security and service operation. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them. This website does not include advertising trackers.

Questions, corrections or deletion requests
