Target One Properties is this website's service brand. Real estate services are provided through Target One Realty Point, Brokerage. Website information is a general introduction; your signed written agreement sets the services, representation, compensation, payment timing and any cashback.

Buyer fees and cashback

Advertised buyer fees are CAD $5,000 on closing, $30 per attended showing and $100 per property for offer preparation, counters and resubmissions. Cancelled showings are not charged. A different offer property incurs a separate fee. All amounts are before applicable taxes. Your written agreement confirms payment arrangements and service scope.

Any cashback is conditional on a completed transaction, the buyer-side compensation available and actually received by the brokerage, and your written agreement. Upfront showing and offer fees are included in the calculator's overall service-cost estimate; they must not be deducted a second time if already paid. Where no commission or insufficient commission is available, any direct payment obligation must be agreed in writing before you proceed. No minimum cashback is promised.

Seller listing fee

The CAD $5,000 fixed fee is for the agreed listing service package, including photography. It is not the total cost of selling a property. Co-operating brokerage commission, applicable taxes, legal costs and any additional services agreed in writing are excluded. Your listing agreement confirms included services and payment terms.

Calculator assumptions

The buyer calculator estimates property price multiplied by your assumed buyer-side commission percentage, less $5,000 and the entered showing and offer fees. The seller calculator compares your entered listing-service percentage with $5,000. Both exclude applicable taxes and other transaction costs. Commission rates are negotiable, and the starting percentages are illustrations. Estimates are not an offer, valuation, guaranteed saving, tax opinion or statement that a specific commission will be available.

Inquiries and appointments

Submitting the form requests contact only. It does not create a representation agreement, submit a property offer, secure a showing time or obligate anyone to buy or sell. Appointments and services require confirmation. No payment or deposit is collected on this website.
